A compassionate, non-judgmental space to be seen, heard, and supported as you navigate depression or seasons of emotional heaviness. We use integrative therapies to help you rediscover hope, reconnect with meaning, and develop tools for sustainable wellbeing, with referrals for psychiatric care as needed.
Depression can make life feel heavy, lonely, and colourless. Therapy provides a compassionate space to share what you're going through and start finding your way back to hope and meaning.
You'll learn to recognize and challenge negative thought patterns, rediscover what brings you joy, and rebuild motivation step by step. The process combines emotional support with practical strategies for managing mood, energy, and self-care.
In your first session, you'll have space to talk about how you've been feeling and what you want to change. We'll explore possible causes or triggers for your depression and start building a plan that feels doable and supportive.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes, once a week. Some clients notice improvement within a few weeks, while others may benefit from several months of therapy, depending on the depth and duration of the depression.
Progress is reviewed gently and collaboratively. We'll celebrate small wins such as improved sleep, energy, or mood, and adjust the approach when needed to keep you moving toward emotional stability and fulfillment.
