Personalised, trauma-informed sessions for adults, teens, and children, designed to help you process anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. We create a safe, supportive space to explore your story, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies for everyday challenges.
Life doesn't always move in a straight line. Sometimes we lose balance, direction, or peace of mind. General counselling offers a safe, supportive space to talk through life's challenges, whether you're dealing with stress, self-doubt, and relationship issues, or simply wanting to understand yourself better.
Counselling is a collaborative process. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour patterns to identify what's holding you back and what can help you move forward. You'll gain tools to manage everyday stress, improve communication, and build emotional resilience.
In the first session, you'll share what brings you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how sessions flow. There's no pressure to open up all at once; we go at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
Sessions usually last about 50 minutes and are held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. Some clients come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others prefer longer-term support.
We'll regularly pause to reflect on what's improving, how you're coping, what's changing, and what areas might need more attention. This helps ensure the sessions remain meaningful and aligned with your goals.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. Our trauma-informed counsellors are here to support you on your journey. Book a session or reach out with any questions.
